Booking information

New clients are requested to contact me first before booking any appointments.

Before our first session please read the Client Information Form linked below. I will email you an intake form to complete, which will help to ensure we make the best use of our time together.

I’m often asked how many sessions will be required. This will depend on the complexity of issues present and your personal preference. Whilst there is no prescribed volume or recommended frequency for sessions, most individuals have a minimum of 6-12 sessions. Others choose to continue for ongoing long-term support. Generally, I recommend individuals to book weekly or fortnightly appointments.  

I currently see clients online via Teleheath and face-to-face on select days in the Lennox Head, NSW.

How do online sessions work?

Online appointments are conducted via Zoom which is a safe and secure video platform. Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a link to access your scheduled Zoom consultation. With all online consultations, please ensure you have quality internet connection.

Fees

$140 per 60 minutes for individuals.

While I don’t offer Medicare rebates, my fees are adjusted so they are similar to the out-of-pocket expenses one would pay with a psychologist. For people interested in medium or long term therapy, my services are likely to be more affordable than those of therapists offering Medicare rebates, who become more expensive when the rebate runs out.

I offer a sliding scale for some concession and health care card holders, students, and people experiencing financial hardship. It’s important to have therapy when you need it. If money is stopping you please get in contact with me to discuss your options.
